1. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds may be granted only under the following conditions:

  • The project has not been started or any work has not yet been delivered.

  • A refund request is made within 3 days of payment and before the initial concept/mockup is shared.

  • We are unable to complete the project due to technical or scheduling reasons on our end.

2. Non-Refundable Conditions

No refunds will be provided under the following circumstances:

  • If the service has already been initiated or partially completed.

  • If the client delays communication or fails to provide necessary content or feedback.

  • For completed projects or after final delivery and client approval.

  • For change of mind or shifting to another service provider after we’ve started work.

3. Custom Work

Due to the personalized nature of web design, SEO, and content creation, all services delivered are considered custom work and thus are non-returnable.

4. Cancellation Policy

If you wish to cancel a service:

  • If eligible, the refund (if any) will be processed within 7–10 business days after review.

5. Dispute Resolution

If you are unsatisfied, we encourage you to contact us first. We aim to resolve issues through revisions, communication, and support before considering any refund.
